Visa and Entry Requirements

International participants are responsible for checking the visa and entry requirements that apply to their nationality before travelling to Indonesia. Visa regulations may vary depending on nationality, purpose of visit, length of stay, and participant status.

Participants who require an official invitation letter may contact the conference committee after receiving confirmation of acceptance and completing registration. Please note that an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval. Visa approval remains under the authority of Indonesian immigration authorities or the relevant Indonesian embassy or consulate.

International presenters are strongly advised to verify the correct visa category with Indonesian Immigration or the nearest Indonesian diplomatic mission before travelling, especially if they will present a paper, speak in a session, or participate in formal academic activities.
