Participants are advised to arrange their own accommodation in Pontianak. For easier access to the conference venue, participants may consider staying around Universitas Tanjungpura, Jalan Ahmad Yani, Ayani Mega Mall, Gajah Mada area, or the city centre.

Several accommodation options are available in Pontianak, ranging from budget guesthouses to mid-range and business hotels. Participants are encouraged to book early, especially if they require flexible cancellation, breakfast, airport transfer, or institutional invoices.
