The 19th International Indonesian Forum (IIF) Conference 2026 brings together scholars, researchers, and professionals from around the world to engage in meaningful dialogue on this year’s theme:
“Water, Land, and Societies in Transition: From the Regional to the National and Beyond.”
As environmental, social, and spatial challenges continue to reshape our world, this conference provides an interdisciplinary platform to exchange innovative research, evidence-based policies, and practical solutions that foster sustainable and inclusive development. Through keynote lectures, scientific presentations, and academic discussions, participants will explore how regional experiences can contribute to national strategies and global perspectives.
Hosted by the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Tanjungpura, the conference welcomes presenters and participants from leading Indonesian and international universities, promoting collaboration across disciplines and institutions.
